What is this application for?

This application helps you securely store, organize, and search your receipts in one place. You can upload receipts, automatically extract key details, and quickly retrieve them when you need them for personal records, reimbursements, or taxes.

How do I get access to an account?

For the current version, user accounts are created by an administrator. If you need access, please contact your administrator to have an account created for you.

Adding Receipts

How do I upload a receipt?

You can upload a receipt by navigating to the Receipts section and selecting a photo or PDF file from your device. Once uploaded, the system will process the receipt automatically.

What file formats are supported?

Common image formats (such as JPG and PNG) and PDF files are supported. For best results, ensure the receipt image is clear and readable.

Is there a limit on receipt size?

Reasonable file size limits apply to ensure reliable processing. If an upload fails, try using a smaller file or a clearer image.

Receipt Processing & Editing

How does receipt extraction work?

After upload, the system attempts to automatically extract key information such as merchant name, date, and total amount. This process is best-effort and may vary depending on receipt quality.

What if the extracted information is incorrect?

You can review and edit receipt details after upload. Manual edits always override extracted values.

What should I do if extraction fails?

If extraction fails or is incomplete, you can retry the extraction from the receipt view.

Organizing & Searching

How do I organize my receipts?

You can categorize, tag, or annotate receipts to make them easier to find later. Organized receipts help with faster searches and better reporting.

How does search work?

You can search across receipts using keywords and filters such as date, merchant, or category to quickly locate what you need.

Data & Privacy

Who can see my receipts?

Receipts are private to your account. Only authenticated users with access to your account can view your data.

Is my data secure?

Yes. The application is designed with security best practices to protect your data at rest and in transit.
